The Golden Dragon Karate Club are starting a class tailored towards anyone who would like to give it a go, but who have always felt that the kids come first when it comes to evening activities or after school clubs.  Why not only ensure that your children are taking part in an activity that will enhance their self-esteem, co-ordination, general health and fitness, but why not give it a go yourself.  Karate is for anyone from the age of about 4 to 104.  It is amazing how it can transform your whole life.  Why not come along this Tuesday, 7th September at 7pm - 8pm, and enrol yourself and your kids, or just turn up and watch or ask any questions you may have.  We already have a number of parents who are members along with their kids, you don't need to be a fitness fanatic, just willing to give it a go.  Any further information can be obtained from Sensei Tommy Marrett  086 647 8060.
